Ingredients

2 (10-ounce) cans Mexican-style diced tomatoes shopping list
1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened shopping list
2 cups loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves shopping list
1 cup light sour cream shopping list

How to make it

Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Garnish, if desired.

sounds yummy reminds me of the dipping sauce a certain restaurant gives you with their southwest eggrolls...just missing the avocado :o) gonna have to try it!
