Ingredients

How to make it

  • Let the artichoke leaves dry for a week in the open air.
  • Chop the dried leaves and put them in a glass pot with a screw plug, pour the wine over it, and close the pot.
  • Let all this rest for 7 days in a dark place. Shake the pot twice a day during this resting period.
  • At the end of 7 days, filtrate the liquor with a strainer (I recommend a coffee filter).
  • Bottle the liqueur and close with a cork.
