Creamy Scrambled Eggs Recipe

- • 6 eggs shopping list
- • 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- • 1-3 ounce package cream cheese, cubed shopping list
- • 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- • 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- • 1/3 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- I cut everything in half as I made this for one person. shopping list
- I chopped up regular onion. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper in a blender
- 2. Blend until frothy, 7-10 seconds
- 3. Stir in onions
- 4. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
- 5. Make sure that butter coats the pan
- 6. Pour in egg mixture
- 7. Cook without stirring until mixture starts to set
- 8. Draw a spatula across bottom of pan to form large curds
- 9. Continue until eggs are thickened, but still moist
- 10. Do not stir constantly
- 11. Serve immediately
- 12. Great with bacon, sausage, or ham
