Sausage Egg And Cheese Bisquits

This is a quick and easy breakfast staple at our house. We take it for granted, but I checked and didn't see the recipe on here. Great tasty recipe even for beginner cooks. Make a batch on the weekend - wrap individually and microwave in the morning for a quick filling breakfast. Read more See less
Ingredients
- 1 can Grands bisquits - any style or flavor shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- 8 precooked frozen sausage patties ( I use the Great Value store brand from our Wal-Mart supercenter. They are the perfect size for the Grands bisquits) shopping list
- 8 slices American cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bisquits per package directions.
- Individually cook each egg. Break the yolk and stir slightly into whites. Make sure eggs are done and solid.
- Heat sausage patties in skillet or microwave per package directions.
- Assemble sandwiches by slicing bisquits in half, place egg on bottom half followed by sausage patty and then cheese. Place top on sandwich.
- I usually make a whole batch of these and freeze them for a fast breakfast to go later.
