How to make it

  • Place 9 crackers evenly on bottom of a foil-lined 9 inch square pan.
  • Cover with 1/2 cup of fudge topping and spread evenly over crackers.Sprinkle with marshmallows.
  • Cover with ice cream and remaining fudge topping. Top with remaining 9 crackers to form sandwiches. Cover.
  • Freeze several hours. Let stand at room temp. 10 min. before cutting into 9 squares.
