How to make it

  • 400 oven
  • Drain clams, reserving 1/4 C juice
  • Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high until hot
  • Add onion and thyme and saute 8 minutes or until onion is slightly browned
  • Add reserved clam juice and cook until juice is evaporated, scraping to loosen any browned bits
  • Stir in black pepper
  • Place pizza crust on baking sheet
  • Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over crust; top with onion mixture, clams, bacon, cheese and crushed red pepper
  • Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • Sprinkle with parsley
  • 6 servings
  • 6 points a serving

  • 2 6 1/2 ounce cans chopped clams, drain, reserving 1/4 cup juice

  • 2 Tbl chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried parsley
