How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in blender with on\off speed for 3-4 minutes to pulverize, or rub through a fine strainer.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Add 1 oz. mix to cup of flour for coating chicken.

    You know. I tried this one today. And except I made a few variations which might have destroyed it. I saw another similar post. And they had added powdered creme of chicken soup and tomatoe. The only spice of yours that I didn't use which might have messed things up was the rosemary. I took one look at that and thought. I don't have a food processor. And I sure didn't have a pestle at my finger tips. So I skipped that one. Anyhow I sort of comgined the two recipies... and though... still not quite like KFC... it WAS really good. I didn't fry it as I don't like the extra grease. So I did cook it in the oven. Then tried to make it a bit more southern sort of and added corn meal to the flower dredge. Anyhow... it did turn out darn good. But still not like KFC. Maybe i'll have to buy that food prosessor. But that would just be another machine to clean...giggle. Anyhow your recipe was good. Next time I should maybe stick to your recipe and it might be better. I'll try again... without all the changes...oh well... live and learn.
