Salsa Fresca

- Serves 8
Refreshing Salsa to go on you tacos, fajitas....etc..etc..etc..
Ingredients
- 2 Large fresh vine ripe tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 large white onion, peeled and minced shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic (or more to taste) shopping list
- 1 jalapeno or habanero pepper (depends on the heat you want) stemmed, seeded, and minced. shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves shopping list
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning as necessary
- Let flavors marry for 15 minutes
- Serve within 1 hour
