How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Slightly cook berries in pan on stove.(if fresh if not skip this step)
  • Mix sugar and flour.
  • Cool berries a bid and then add dry mixture.
  • Pour into pie crust
  • Dab with butter
  • Bake 45 minutes
  • Awesome with vanilla ice cream

  • 3 cups gooseberries (I use canned just rinse them)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar (splenda works too!)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Pie crust ( I cheat and buy one)
