Creamy Salmon Pockets

- 4 fresh salmon steaks shopping list
- 4 Tbsp light cream shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh dill shopping list
- white pepper and salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse salmon steaks under cold running water. Pat dry and season with dill, pepper and salt.
- Prepare 4 aluminum foil, each big enough to largely hold one piece of fish.
- Arrange seasoned fish in the middle of the aluminum foil and pour 1 Tbsp of cream on top of each steak.
- Loosely close foil over the fish, forming pockets.
- Place pockets on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 375ºF oven for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
