mild fish fillets with rosemary

- 2 Tbs. butter shopping list
- 2# fish shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup fine ground cornmeal shopping list
- 3 Tbs. finly chopped fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper-freshly ground shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic-minced shopping list
How to make it
- mix all dry ingredients
- in a saute pan(big enough to hold all the fish)melt butter and saute garlic(if your pan can't hold all the fish,fry in 2 batches and use 1/2 garlic and 1/2 the butter)for 1 minute
- dip fish in milk,then dredge in seasoned cornmeal.
- cook until browned on both sides,about 3 minutes per side
- if cooking in 2 batches,cook remainder of garlic for 1 minute in the remaining butter, to start the second batch
- serve with fresh lemon quarters,green salad and crusty bread.
