Monte Cristo Sandwich

I love the flavors in this sandwich
Ingredients
- 18 slices bread shopping list
- 6 thin slices cooked ham shopping list
- 6 thin slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 6 tbsp milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 6 thin slices turkey or chicken shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- pineapple slices shopping list
How to make it
- for each sandwich-butter 1 slice of bread and cover with 1 slice turkey and ham.
- top with another slice of bread
- butter top, cover with cheese
- top with buttered bread.
- trim crusts
- cut sandwich in half
- fasten with toothpick
- beat eggs, milk, and salt
- dip sandwich into batter...grill....brown on both sides
- serve with a pineapple slice on top
