Pecan Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350*
  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add eggs and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Stir in pecans and then pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set.

    My husband loves pecan pie also. I make one for him for Thanksgiving and Christmas since we have been married. It's about like this, I tried going off the norm and adding chocolate one year and he about had a panic attack.

    Pecan Pie is my husband's favorite. I've never been good at making it, but your recipe sounds pretty easy, so I think I'll give it a shot. Wish me luck!
