Pumpkin Ice Cream

- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 4 egg yolas or 2 eegs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- ½ teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups Meshed cooked pumpkin shopping list
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- ½ teasponn allspice shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon ginger1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 1 cup pecans or other nuts. (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Scald in double boiler milk.
- In a médium bowl, combine egg yolks, sugar, salt, pumpkin and spices. Add to hot milk and cook for 4 minutes longer. Cool.
- Add cream and pecans. Pour into freezer container.
- Crack until stiff.

I love making home made ice cream, but have never tried to make pumpkin ice cream (which happens to be my favorite!!!) Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
