Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Great side for holiday cooking.
Ingredients
- 8 large yukon gold potatoes, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 6 - 8 large roasted garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/2 C unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/2 C heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 C sour cream shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place potatoes in medium saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to maintain a low boil and cook about 10 min. or until soft. Drain potatoes and place them on a paper towl to dry out a bit. Then place in a large mixing bowl. Whip potatoes adding garlic, butter, cream, sour cream, salt and pepper.
