How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl slightly beat eggs
  • Stir in sugar
  • Stir in syrup and butter * tip I melt the butter in a measuring cup and Add the corn syrup to the butter
  • Stir in pecans
  • Pour into pie shell
  • Bake in a preheated 375 dg oven in the center for 35 to 45 min.
  • When the pie is ready it will be rounded up in the center
  • Enjoy
