Ingredients

How to make it

  • melt butter
  • stir in cocoa
  • alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency
  • add more milk, if needed
  • stir in vanilla
  • makes 2 cups

    Now that I saw the perfect chocolate cake recipe, I remember...this is the icing that accompanied the chocolate wet cake recipe. And it IS perfect!! And simple! I was in 6th grade when I made them for the first time. SOOO glad you posted. I had forgotten them! : )
