Mexican Coffee

- 1½ cups double strength hot gourmet coffee (use 4 tbsp. coffee to 12 oz. water) shopping list
- ¾ tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 4 tsp. chocolate syrup shopping list
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- ½ cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp. sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream, nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon, then whip.
- Using 4 demitasse cups, put 1 tsp. of chocolate syrup in each.
- Stir the remaining ½ tsp. of cinnamon into the hot coffee.
- Pour the coffee into each of the cups and stir.
- Top with the spiced whipped cream.
