How to make it

  • Combine cream, nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon, then whip.
  • Using 4 demitasse cups, put 1 tsp. of chocolate syrup in each.
  • Stir the remaining ½ tsp. of cinnamon into the hot coffee.
  • Pour the coffee into each of the cups and stir.
  • Top with the spiced whipped cream.
