Party Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wrap pork loin with bacon strips.
  • Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over pork.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake @ 300 degrees for 3 hours.
  • Broil last 15 minutes for crispy bacon.
  • Serve over rice.

    A Wonderful Recipe!! This was my first time cooking a pork loin and I didn't think ahead to marinate or do any prep. I liked that the ingredients were simple and easy to use. I used more bacon to wrap the pork loin. Otherwise, I followed the recipe. The recipe didn't specify if the soup should be concentrated or ready-to-eat, so I used concentrated. The meat was extremely tender, and so I couldn't slice it up neatly when hot so I served it in "chunks" with baked yukon gold potatos. Everyone loved it! Thanks for sharing.

    Most definitely a success! They loved the tenderness of it. Cooking a 10 pounder, I wasn't sure about the time, so I left it in the oven for 5 hours at 325 degrees. Then, placed it in the fridge over night. Next day I sliced it and poured the gravy over it. Covered it to reheat. When I pulled it out, I sprinkled parsley over all. It was quite a presentation against a sweet potato casserole and broccoli w/cheese sauce. Thanks again!

    This dish was wonderful! I made it last night & could not stop picking. I served the gravy over brown rice. I skipped the bacon & added green onions, cracked black pepper & I used a cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. Yummy. I will definatley make this again.
