Spinach Deviled Eggs

- 1 dozen boiled eggs shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese shopping list
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 4 tablespoons fine cracker meal shopping list
- curry powder shopping list
How to make it
- Cut eggs in half and scoop yolks out into a bowl.
- Cover whites with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to stuff. Combine all ingredients together and puree until smooth.
- Put purée in a large pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
- Fill each egg white by squeezing the filling from the pastry bag.
- Garnish top with curry powder.
