Broccomole Dip

- Serves 4
A twist on guacamole. Don't remember where I found this one, but it's good!
Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh broccoli shopping list
- 1/4 c. light sour cream shopping list
- 1-2 tblsp minced onion shopping list
- 1 tblsp. fat free mayo shopping list
- 2-3 tblsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp chili powder shopping list
- Assorted veggies or tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and chill broccoli
- Put in blender with the rest of the ingredients
- Process till smooth
- Chill several hours.
