How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, pepper, tomato, shallot and jalapeno pepper.
  • Add lime zest, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt anc pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Chill. Just before serving, add cilantro. YUM
