Salsa Chicken over Rice Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Make rice according to package, set aside
  • Heat oil in skillet
  • Add chicken, onion and bell pepper
  • Cook, stirring occasionally for 10-12 min or until chicken is done
  • Stir in salsa bring to a boil
  • Remove from heat
  • Sprinkle w/ cheese
  • Serve over rice
