Cream Cheese Egg Dish

An easy breakfast casserole that can be varied to suit your tastes. It is a good way to sneak veggies into children's diet, and is easy to substitute ingredients to account for individual tastes.
Ingredients
- 12 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 4 ounces sliced deli ham, diced shopping list
- 2 green onions, diced shopping list
- 1 cup spinach, torn into small pieces shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I used Mexican style). shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp. oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp. tumeric shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Butter a glass baking dish.
- Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until blended.
- Pour into dish and bake for 35 minutes.
