Dumplings For Stew

- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbs butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt to a med. bowl.
- Cut in the butter until there are no large bits
- Add the milk and beat until smooth.
- Drop by spoon into the bubbling stew, try to get the dough on top of a potato and not in the liquid. See Photo
- Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15.
- Serve and enjoy.

January 20/16 Wow what a fantastic recipe. I used this on top of Chicken Soup that I had made on Sunday. Fast and easy to pull together and use. Will be making again Thank you Brenda for this wonderful recipe.

Dec 31/16 Made this wonderful recipe again. it is fast to pull together. The only tweak I did was using my baster put a small amount of the base of the stew on top of the dumpling. Again family loved the dumpling.
