How to make it

  • Cut slits into the roast and stuff garlic into the slits. Place roast into a slow cooker. Arrange onions and thyme on top of the roast and place potatoes around the roast. In a mixing bowl combine the beef broth and worchestershire sauce together. Pour into slow cooker around the roast. Turn the Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours or until the roast is fork tender.
  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and salad
