Garlic Crockpot Beef Roast

- 1 beef roast shopping list
- 2 heads of garlic, peeled shopping list
- 1 large onion, sliced shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- 8 to 10 red potatoes, washed with skins still on shopping list
- 1 can beef broth shopping list
- 2 TBSP worchestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cut slits into the roast and stuff garlic into the slits. Place roast into a slow cooker. Arrange onions and thyme on top of the roast and place potatoes around the roast. In a mixing bowl combine the beef broth and worchestershire sauce together. Pour into slow cooker around the roast. Turn the Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours or until the roast is fork tender.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and salad
