Savory Black Beans

I made these beans as the first part of my Huevos Rancheros. They made a delicious base and would be equally great as a side dish. I cooked them in the pressure cooker, which only took about 15 minutes total time, but you could slow simmer them on the stove-top for about 3 hours.
