Sunny Side Up Pizza

- half a recipe of Wolfgang Pucks pizza dough: shopping list

- garlic butter, for brushing shopping list
- ~ shopping list
- toppings: shopping list
- combination of mozzarella and sharp white cheddar, grated shopping list
- smoked ham, cut into strips shopping list
- mushrooms, thinly sliced shopping list
- green onion or chives, thinly sliced shopping list
- parsley (fresh or dried), minced or crumbled shopping list
- cage free organic eggs (I used one in the center) shopping list
- pink salt and fresh ground black pepper, to season top of egg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the dough to an 8-inch round. Place the dough on a round pizza pan lined with parchment.
- Lightly brush the surface of the dough with melted garlic butter. Add all topping except the egg. from the center, push aside some of the cheese and topping, enough so that the egg has a place to "sit". Crack egg into center of pizza and bake until crust golden brown (about 8 minutes in my oven)

I loved this! What a lot of fun getting that cooked egg out of the oven. I used a Grands biscuit for the dough and used pre-cooked bacon. No mushrooms for me and I didn't have any pink salt. This was really great and super easy and I will definite...more
