How to make it

  • Boil the Roast for 3-5 hours in salted water.
  • Cool and remove from the juice.
  • Skim off the fat, leaving enough for taste.
  • Break the meat into medium peices and set aside.
  • Mix together the broh, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Boil for 15 minutes.
  • Add the meat to the sauce and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or in hamburger buns.
