- 1 Boston But roast (3-4 lbs) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 cups of broth (or more) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or your choice) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup kechup shopping list
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mustard shopping list
- Tabasco sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the Roast for 3-5 hours in salted water.
- Cool and remove from the juice.
- Skim off the fat, leaving enough for taste.
- Break the meat into medium peices and set aside.
- Mix together the broh, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Boil for 15 minutes.
- Add the meat to the sauce and cook for 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice or in hamburger buns.
