    Sounds delicious. Another great way of using tomatillos. I just used fresh tomatillos for the first time this past month. I know those are canned in your recipe but I bet fresh would work as well. Probably about a pound I'm thinking.

  • 2 lbs cubed pork (I have also used cubed chicken breasts)
  • 2 8 oz cans salsa verde
  • 1 12 oz can tomatillos OR aprox 1 lb fresh tomatillos
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 sundried tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder (I use a little more)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 2-3 cloved garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
