Crock-pot Sweet Potatoes

cook these sweet potatoesand apples in the crock-pot. Make ahead of time, and they're out of the way, too. Sweet and tasty, too.
Ingredients
- 4-5 sweet potatoes, cut in chunks shopping list
- 2 apples, chopped shopping list
- 1/4C maple syrup shopping list
- 2 T brown sugar shopping list
- 2 T melted butter shopping list
- 1/4 t cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 t nutmeg shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put potatoes and apples in crock-pot.
- mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top.
- cook on low 5 hours
