Pumpkin Jell-O

- Serves 8
A great idea for either Halloween or Thanksgiving time. Pretty made up and put into a clear glass bowl. Cook time is chill time.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O shopping list
- 1 cup hot water shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix) shopping list
- 1 sm. Cool Whip shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add sugar and spice.
- Add pumpkin, mixing well.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
- Pour into mold or clean bowl and refrigerate until firm.
