Beer Bread

- Serves 4
This is the greatest & simplest baked bread you can make
Ingredients
- 3 Cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 3 tbsps sugar, white brown or Canadian maple syrup shopping list
- 1 bottle Negro Modello medium - dark beer shopping list
- 2 tbsps unsalted butter shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- grease a 9 x 5 X 3 loaf pan
- mix all ingredients together & add to pan
- bake for 45 min in center of oven
- brush butter on top
- bake for an additional 15 min
- Optional: add a small chunks of old cheese to pan and insert into batter
- Note: same recipe can be used in muffin tin
