Easy Pink Strawberry Mousse

Necessity is the mother of invention, no doubt. So having a container of soft strawberries most likely headed for disposable, I used them for a mousse type of dessert. Came out great. I also froze some of the mixture and so now I had dessert chilled or frozen. Read more Tasty and delicious, do try it! Ingredients
- 1 lg container of strawberries shopping list
- 1 small container of whipped topping shopping list
- Or shopping list
- 1 small container heavy cream whipped shopping list
- 1 cup Greek style yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar- or Splenda to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender add the cleaned and hulled strawberries, yogurt, whipped topping or whipped cream and sugar
- Blend all smooth
- Place in serving glasses and chill well or place in a container and freeze firm
- Garnish with a mint leaf if desired
- Yield depends on size of portions
- Also, If frozen, let soften for easy scooping
