Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel and dice the orange, apple, peach, nectarine and melon.
  • Dice the strawberries
  • Combine them all, pour over the brandy and leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour
  • In a 2 litre jug (a glass one is best because this drink is pretty) put the fruit and brandy mix in first.
  • Pour in the red wine and then the lemonade
  • Stir
  • Taste - add more brandy if you want more of a kick or more lemonade if you prefer.
  • Chill until cold
  • To serve, first spoon some of the fruit into glasses before pouring the drinks.
  • Cheers!!

  • 8 strawberries (or more!)
  • A slice of melon
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 bottle clear lemonade
  • 1 cup brandy
  • The fruit I've listed can be changed to suit your taste - but stay away from grapefruit, pineapple and bananas. Trust me - I've tried and they don't work!
