Muffuletta Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce block of cream cheese
- salami, one cup cubed in small (1/4 inch) dice
- 4 ounces of provolone cheese diced
- 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup of chopped green olives, drained
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- pinch of dried oregano
- minced fresh parsley, enough to cover pie pan
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, cubed salami, provolone with the peppers, green olives, garlic and seasonings.
- Reserve parsley for garnishing the top.
- Spread the mixture into a pie plate.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Top with parsley
- Serve with crackers or chips.
