Cheese and potato strudel

- 1 Pkg studel leaves or dough used for strudel ( phyllo, puff pastry etc ) shopping list
- 1 Pkg , 8 oz sharp cheese, ex: cheddar or other sharp cheese shopping list
- pepper to taste, shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic minced shopping list
- fresh oregano and thyme to taste shopping list
- 6 med potatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Grate or shred cheese and mix in to taste chopped oregano, thyme and pepper and minced garlic
- Cook potatoes, cool and mash
- Mix in the cheese to blend
- Place mixture on the pastry as one would for strudel and roll up strudel fashion
- Place seam side down and Bake 180C until golden
- Cool slightly and cut
