Potato soup

- Serves 4
My son and his friends wanted to cook something easy and good for the cold winter days. this is what came up.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- celery shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- 1tbsp vegetable broth shopping list
- 1 liter water shopping list
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- cut each potato in four or six small pieces. the same with the vegies.
- let the water get warm and poor the borth.
- Add the potatoes and let them cook for about 20 minutes.
- then add the vegetables, parsley and heavy cream.
- taste with salt and pepper.
- let it cook for another 20- 40 minutes, untill the potatoes are ready.
