Grilled Asian Kabobs

- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 tablespoons tamari sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (I use 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh, grated) shopping list
- 8 shirmp kabobs (wooden skewers with 3 large peeled shrimp each, 2 lemon wedges each and 2 green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces each) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mayonnaise, preserves, tamari sauce, mustard, garlic and ginger. Whisk together.
- Remove 1/3 cup and set aside.
- Brush skewers with remaining sauce.
- Grill just until shrimp turn pink.
- Serve with remaining sauce.
