Different Baked pork chops

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. caraway seed crushed shopping list
- 2 tsps. Hungarian paprika mild {Can be found in larger stores or specailty shops shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- pepper as desired shopping list
- 1 cup White dry wine shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork chops in oven proof casserole Mix remaining ingredients excep sour cream pour over chops
- Marinate chops in refrigerator 2-3 hours Bake chops uncovered in the marinade in preheated oven 325 degrees for 1 hour or till tender add more wine if necessary
- Stir sour cream into pan juices heat through but do not boil
- Serve chops with sour cream gravey and buttered noodles or dumplings
