Mexican Tomato Sauce

- 2 lbs. red tomatoes shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 green chili, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 2 pinches sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsps oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put the tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes. Take out the skin and chop them. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1/2 minute. Add the green chili and fry again for a few seconds. Add the tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, sugar and salt. Remove from fire and use as required.
