How to make it

  • Cream together butter, cream cheese and vanilla.
  • Beat in powdered sugar.
  • Frost cake as desired.
  • NOTES :
  • For a bundt cake, use half the frosting recipe.
  • If using for piping, add more powdered sugar until it holds it's shape.

    Great timing, whodu! I've been requested to make a lemon cake with a cream cheese frosting , incorporating raspberries or strawberries into or onto the frosting. Any suggestions, dear baker?
