Pumkin soup

- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cloves of garlic minced shopping list
- 1 tsp of freshly grated ginger shopping list
- 2 tsp of milk curry paste shopping list
- 1 a cup of pumpkin peeled and seeded shopping list
- 4 cups of chicken stock shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- fresh herbs to taste shopping list
- 1/2 a cup of milk shopping list
How to make it
- fry the onions on a frying pan.
- In a sauce pan(on medium fire) ,place the milk and water in it and mix well till blended,
- add the garlic,ginger and curry paste and mix well, add the the chicken stock and stir till it looks like one substance, put the pumkin,salt,pepper and herbs in and stir till thickens slightly.
- leave it to cool for 8 minutes before serving.
