Melon-Olive Appetizer

- 1 canteloupe/Spanish melon/muskmelon in 1" chunks shopping list
- 2 C. of black olives (preferably NOT pitted and oil-packed) shopping list
- 1 med. red onion (peeled, sliced in 1/4" half-rings) -- optional shopping list
How to make it
- Mix loosely in serving bowl or in small bowls
- Serve with forks or toothpicks. (and a dish for the pits)
