Titos Breakfast Tacos

My brother-in-law makes this every weekend... His 'boys' and their friends want him to open a 'Taco Stand' LOL I am addicted to this...
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chorizo shopping list
- 1-2 med. potatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces) shopping list
- 1 tbsp oil shopping list
- 10 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 c.milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp. adoba (garlic kind) shopping list
- 10 soft or corn tortillas shopping list
- *optional* chopped hot peppers or your choice of salsa... I put cilantro in mine:) shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet, fry chorizo and potato;s till a little brown (use 1tbsp oil)
- add seasonings to the egg mixture ( 1/2 c. milk eggs)
- whisk and pour into hot pan
- stir until eggs are set.
- Meanwhile warm your tortillas on stovetop or micro your preference
- I use hot sauce mixed with sour cream
- 1/2. cup salsa or hot sauce
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- pour a little on your taco
- Enjoy!
- the above makes 1 cup of 'sauce':)
