Bacon Cheese Dip

- Serves 16
A warm dip, creamy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon shopping list
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup light mayo shopping list
- 6 oz shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 4 buttery round crackers, crushed shopping list
- garlic powder to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon until brown and crisp
- Drain, crumble and set aside
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayo until smooth
- Stir in swiss cheese, parm, onions and bacon
- Add desired amount of garlic powder
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Remove and stir well
- Return to microwave and cook 2-4 minutes more
- Sprinkle crushed crackers on top
- Serve warm with crackers
