Another Maryland Crab Cake

- 1 lb lump crabmeat shopping list
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tsp Old Bay shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives shopping list
- 2 tbsp melted butter shopping list
- flour shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together eggs, mayo, Old Bay, pepper, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard, until creamy.
- Add bread crumbs, mixing evenly.
- Add in the crab meat and the chivest, being sure to mix evenly.
- Shape into small cakes.
- Let the crab cakes sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Preheat broiler.
- Place crab cakes on a large cookie sheet. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle on a tiny amount of flour - approximately 1/2 tsp per cake.
- Cook under broiler, turning once, until golden brown.
- Serve with remoulade.
