Portobella Italian Side dish

- 1 Portobella mushroom shopping list
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Pour the appropriate amount of olive oil in the small bowl.
- Sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper on top and whisk slightly.
- Slice the Portobella thickly from top to bottom perpendicular from how they would grow and line them along the sides of the bowl and lapping over each other.
- Sprinkle Cheese on top!
- Enjoy!
