How to make it

  • Sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper on top and whisk slightly.
  • Slice the Portobella thickly from top to bottom perpendicular from how they would grow and line them along the sides of the bowl and lapping over each other.
  • Sprinkle Cheese on top!
  • Enjoy!
