Formed in 2004 by former members of Argonaut (including Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill), this videogame development team is based in Highgate, North London. Rocksteady's mission is to be a highly professional, efficient company whose purpose is to make great games, and have happy and healthy team members. The company is actively developing titles for major consoles.
Following on the success of the blockbuster game Batman: Arkham Asylum series (only the second game produced by Rocksteady yet a worldwide phenomenon that certified the company as one to watch,) Warner Bros. Home Entertainment acquired a majority stake in Rocksteady Studios in February of 2010.
Rocksteady likely not working on the sequel.
Looks like Warner Bros. is gearing up to reveal the next Batman game.
