Stormfront Studios was a leading developer of top quality, award-winning entertainment products for video game consoles, PC, online sites and services, and interactive TV. Founded in 1988 by veterans of Electronic Arts, Broderbund and George Lucas' Industrial Light & Magic, Stormfront focused exclusively on developing top-tier titles with its 75-member in-house technical and creative staff.
Despite its reputation through the PlayStation 2 era as a top developer, Stormfront's successes dropped off with the next generation of platforms and a number of under-performing franchise works for publishing clients. In March of 2008, the company was forced to close up shop.
Based on the Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Films' movie, the Spiderwick universe comes to life in this highly-anticipated game.
